REFUND POLICY
We will be happy to refund your payment, less a one night room charge per villa booked plus the transfer fee, if we are notified eight weeks in advance of a cancellation or change. Christmas and new year´s weeks will not be refundable. Shorter notice will result in the villa rate being charged for the entire visit. We will send the corresponding refund through wire transfer within 30 days of your notification to us. Cancellations due to weather or transportation are not refundable. Villa rates are subject to change.

TO BRING
Current passport (in order to secure a Tourist
Card at the airport), pesos, U.S. dollars or traveler's checks,
, sunscreen and a hat for the tropics.

TAXI
SERVICE
Please let us know your flight arrival time and airline and our
Villa Amor shuttle will pick you up at the airport and take you
directly here. Cost is $165 round trip.
CAR
RENTAL
Ask about our VIP car rental available at the Villa Amor concierge.
CHECK-IN
Please check-in at the villa amor reception, our check-in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:am . If you
are arriving after hours, please notify us 24 hours in advance
so we can
make special arrangements for your arrival. Please note Sayulita
is one hour behind Puerto Vallarta, so plan your arrival time
accordingly.
CONCIERGE
Our concierge service is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm. The concierge is your
one-stop source for checking out water sports equipment, arranging
taxi service,
and learning more about local restaurants, shops and places of
interest. The concierge can also assist you with Villa Amor's
Special Services such as our popular boating excursions, next-day
laundry service,
and in-room massage.
VILLA
AMENITIES
Some of our villas are equipped with a refrigerator, stove or hotplate,
dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. All villas have 110 wts outlets, hot and cold showers and ample bottled water for drinking and for cooking. All linens are provided.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping staff will do thorough cleaning in your villa
everyday.
GROCERIES
If you are planning an extended stay at Villa Amor, consider a trip
to "Comercial Mexicana," the largest supermarket in Puerto Vallarta.
Leaving the airport, turn right toward Puerto Vallarta. The Comercial
is about one half mile from the airport in the Plaza Marina shopping
center on your right. Otherwise, the local stores in Sayulita have
a good grocery selection.
MEDICAL
EMERGENCIES
Sayulita now has a new medical clinic right in town. The closest
hospital is in San Francisco (San Pancho) about 15 minutes north
of Sayulita. The hospital is staffed 24 hours a day and has an ER.
In addition, Puerto Vallarta offers an excellent 24 hour medical
center called Amer+Med which is located in the Plaza Neptune shopping
center just south of the airport.
